Total Protein

Lauren followed the Total Protein protocol for soluble host and holobiont protein. 10 samples from January Pocillopora sampling, 10 samples from February Pocillopora sampling, and 40 samples from March Acropora pulchra.

Outdoor tank system

Danielle set up pumps and second chiller system for ambient and hot system using two chillers. She also recorded bleaching score and survivorship for coral fragments. Lastly, she recorded daily measurements of temperature, light and salinity and cleaned the tanks.
