Symbiont counts

Finished symbiont counts following the Symbiont density protocol for 40 corals collected in April 2022. All data and statistics were uploaded to the Gametogenesis Project Google Drive folder and the Gametogenesis Timeseries GitHub.

Field sampling preparation

Labeled all test tubes for Pocillopora spp. (n=10) sampling tomorrow (physiological whirl packs, histology, and molecular) on the forereef.

Airbrushing

Airbrushed all 40 corals collected in May 2022 to determine physiological status using the physiological protocols listed here.
