Surface Area

Danielle followed the surface area protocol and recorded surface area measurements for all the August 2022 coral samples.

Symbiont counts

Continued symbiont counts following the Symbiont density protocol for 40 corals collected in August 2022. All data and statistics were uploaded to the Gametogenesis Project Google Drive folder and the Gametogenesis Timeseries GitHub.

Chlorophyll

Completed the chlorophyll quantification protocol for August 2022 Acropora pulchra samples.
