Ash-free dry weight

Following the ash-free dry weight protocol, the August Acropora pulchra timeseries were weighed from the drying oven and put back into the muffle furnace for their last ash weight.

Symbiont counts

Finished symbiont counts following the Symbiont density protocol for 40 corals collected in August 2022. All data and statistics were uploaded to the Gametogenesis Project Google Drive folder and the Gametogenesis Timeseries GitHub.
