E5-MOSAiC Project
Monitoring of Species Across Intervals & Colonies
This portal serves complementary purposes of direct data delivery and offering a mutlit-specis genome browser. This project encompasses a time-series study of three coral species— Acropora pulchra, Pocillopora tuahiniensis, and Porites evermanni —sampled from reef sites in Moorea, French Polynesia.
For each species, five distinct colonies were selected at each site and sampling was conducted at two locations. Each colony was repeatedly sampled at four standardized intervals (TP1–TP4), capturing temporal variation within and across species.
Collectively, the dataset provide a rich framework for investigating how environmental and biological factors shape marine invertebrate responses through space and time, while controlling for genetic and ecological heterogeneity.
